Refunds
We will process your return request within 48 hours.
For orders that are not clearly arranged after payment, apply to cancel the order and request a refund within 6 hours after payment. The refund will be returned to the bank account within 7-15 days after approval through the original payment method.

For orders that the customer refuses to accept after receiving the package or requests to cancel the order after delivery, the customer shall pay the shipping fee and 20% handling fee. The shipping fee and 20% handling fee will be deducted from the total payment amount, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.

For orders returned by the logistics company due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or other problems below, the customer shall pay the round-trip shipping fee and 20% handling fee. The shipping fee and 20% handling fee will be deducted directly from the total payment, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer. For example:
The package was refused by the customer;
The package could not be delivered due to the wrong address provided by the customer;
The package was returned because the customer did not pick up the package at the courier pickup point on time.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-15 days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at Johngp0312@gmail.com

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
